Talking Tails - Celebrate Valentine's Day with Your Dog

We don’t send Valentine’s Day cards, but some of my Mom’s clients do. Some can get really creative, having their handprint and their dog’s paw print adorning the front of the card. Such an original idea!

One of my female furry friends (and I have several!) shares an at-home spa day with her human. They both do their nails, including polish (oh, dear!) and facials (oh, no!). She loves it! Not so sure that is for me…

Special treats, now we are talking, are a great way to celebrate. Your human can search Pinterest for great Valentine’s dog treat recipes or pick some up from a dog bakery. Yummy!! This is how we celebrate, and I love it!

Some of my buddies go shopping to celebrate Valentine’s Day. They head out to their favorite pet store and browse the treat or toy aisle. Can’t get much better than this! I do feel for one of my friends who is directed to the pet clothes aisle. I guess she loves it, because she often “dresses up” when she goes out.

A photo shoot is a great way to commemorate the love between you and your human. I happen to know a great studio where furry friends are welcome! Print and digital images are an amazing way to document the love between you and your human for posterity.
