Talking Tails - Pupcakes

Ingredients:

• 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
• 1/8 c. oatmeal,
• 1 t. baking powder
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1/4 c. plain yogurt
• 1/4 c. water
• 1/8 c. vegetable oil
• 1 T. honey
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. grated cheese
• Frosting: 8 oz of low fat cream cheese, 1 T. plain yogurt, 1 T. honey
• Toppers: mini Milk-Bones

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Mix whole wheat flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, plain yogurt, water, vegetable oil,honey, egg, and grated cheese.
• Pour or spoon the batter into the liners. Fill only halfway to avoid spilling over the sides.
• Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
• Mix 8 oz of lowfat cream cheese (softened), 1 T. plain yogurt, 1 T. honey.
• Frost pupcakes with a knife, frosting gun, or piping bag. Ice frosting if it gets too thin to frost.
• Top each pupcake with a mini Milk-Bone

* Makes about 8 pupcakes (large pupcake = 3 mini pupcakes)
