Talking Tails - Pet Palooza

The event kicks off with the one-mile Fundraising Walk at 11am. You are welcome to walk as a team, by yourself, or don’t walk at all and simply donate to the fundraising walk. The goal for this year has been set at $150,000, which will help animals in the Charlotte community. You do need to register for the walk on the Humane Society of Charlotte’s website.

The community festival aspect of Pet Palooza features live music, food trucks, and pet-loving vendors. As a bonus, Pet Palooza 2022 is being held at the new HSC Animal Resource Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive in Charlotte.

We love this event and have been regulars for many years. I guess I should qualify that statement…my humans will be attending. I have a little bit of trouble with crowds and dogs that get too close, so it is better if I provide support from home! My humans have a great time! They come home smelling like lots of dogs, so ton and tons of petting was certainly going on!
