Talking Tails - 4/21/15

Welcome back to Talking Tails!

Recently members of the “Golden Paw” Club from the Charlotte Humane Society visited the studio. Each of these dogs was so friendly and playful. We invited them into the shooting rooms and our Mom took their pictures. They loved the treats they got for sitting so nicely, and the Humane Society received great portraits of these special dogs. The sad part about their visit is that they are members of the “Golden Paw” Club because they are long-timers at the Humane Society. These dogs are not bad or broken, but, through no fault of their own, have simply had a longer stay at the Humane Society of Charlotte. Each one of them deserves to be adopted into a loving home. These dogs hold a special place in our heart and our Mom’s because Joey was a rescue dog. He was abandoned and was caged in a shelter for three months. Our Mom fell in love with him the minute she saw him at the Charlotte Humane Society! He was lucky, but so were we. Joey and I are great friends and we cannot remember life without him!

More information about each of these "Golden Paw” dogs is available at http://humanesocietyofcharlotte.org/adopt-a-dog/.

Bobby – Retriever – Male – 1 year, 4 months

LaRetta – German Shepherd – Female – 2 years, 4 months

If you can open your heart and home to any of these dogs, both of you will win! Talk to you soon.

Buster and Joey
